English to Farsi translation

I will be writing a lot more about it in the future, but basically it will allow users to upload documents to the site where they will be given a quote for the translation services.
Once a price and due date is accepted the translation will be undertaken, the document then proof read by a native speaker and returned to the customer upon receipt of payment via either pay pal or credit card.
